I had a fantastic stay here! The reception staff were friendly and professional, making me feel welcome. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, with all the amenities I could ask for. The hotel's location was perfect, right opposite a tram route that took me directly to the heart of the city. being close to hospitals and a park was a huge advantage.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is downhill from the Albion, a great pub, and close to everything we needed, including hospitals where we had appointments. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options and the meals we ordered through room service were delicious.
The wifi restrictions and poor internet quality were frustrating for a working professional.

The price and location of this hotel were great! We found it easy to access trams and explore the city. Another advantage was the early check-in they provided, a pleasant surprise. It allowed us to settle in and start our day early. Plus, we had good views of the city, which added to the overall experience.
Our room was quite small for three adults and the bed positioning was inconvenient. Crawling over to get in wasn't ideal, especially for elderly parents.

The evening meals were delicious. Check In and Out was efficient. The room wasvery comfy and tidy. The bed and pillows were amazing. The location was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was secure. The bathroom and shower were great.

I had a really enjoyable experience staying at this hotel! First of all, the location was fantastic as it was conveniently close to a popular hospital where I had some appointments. Despite being on a busy street, the room was soundproof and quiet so I had no issues sleeping at night. The room itself was spacious, well-designed and had everything I needed for my stay - like an electric kettle and mini-fridge which was really handy. The staff were wonderful and always willing to help, whether it was with room service or organising a paid shuttle service. I also appreciated the extra amenities like the indoor swimming pool and sauna which added to the luxurious feel of this place.
This hotel is definitely recommended for families, especially because of the cot they provided for our child.

The staff at Mercure North Melbourne were very helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the heater/air conditioner in our room, and they promptly offered us portable electric heaters as a solution. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The motel's location close to the Children's Hospital was convenient for us. The parking rate of $15 a day was reasonable.
